چکیده
Introduction: Coronary artery disease (CAD) is one of the most life-threatening cardiovascular emergencies with high mortality and morbidity. Increasing evidence has demonstrated that degree hypoxia closely associated development survival outcomes CAD patients. However, role in not been elucidated. Methods: Based on GSE113079 microarray dataset hypoxia-associated gene collection, differential analysis, machine learning, validation screened hub genes were carried out. Results: In this study, 54 differentially expressed hypoxia-related (DE-HRGs), then 4 signature (ADM, PPFIA4, FAM162A, TPBG) identified based datasets which including 93 patients 48 healthy controls set. Then, also validated other three related datasets. Through GO KEGG pathway enrichment analyses, we found upregulated strongly correlated metabolic all mainly enriched many immune-related biological processes pathways CAD. Additionally, 10 immune cell types significantly different between control groups, especially CD8 T cells, apparently essential by infiltration analysis. Furthermore, compared expression 15 subtypes coronary lesions ADM, FAM162A TPBG at higher levels endothelial cells single-cell sequencing Discussion: The study four heart disease. findings provide more insights into landscape and, potentially, therapeutic targets

Resilience and the associated factors in patients with coronary artery disease
Background and Purpose: Coping strategies play a key role in the management of different diseases. Resilience and positive emotions in patients could enhance coping strategies and reduce disease complications. This study aimed to determine the level of resilience and the associated factors in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD). Methods: This descriptive cross-sectional study was conduc...
متن کاملIdentification of key genes and crucial modules associated with coronary artery disease by bioinformatics analysis.
The aim of this study was to identify key genes associated with coronary artery disease (CAD) and to explore the related signaling pathways. Gene expression profiles of 110 CAD and 112 non-CAD, healthy patients [CAD index (CADi) >23 and =0, respectively] were downloaded from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database (accession: GSE12288). The differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in CAD were i...
متن کاملEvaluation of iron status in patients with coronary artery disease
Background: Iron can causes lipid peroxidation in vivo and in vitro. Iron promotes myocardial injury in experimental animals. Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL) oxidation by oxidants including iron have a central role in atherosclerotic process. By this means, evaluation of serum iron in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) has a significant importance. Materials and Methods: In this cross s...
